Most AI automation services focus on tools first. My approach starts with the business itself. I first understand how the business works end-to-end, then design the system, and only introduce automation where it creates real operational value. The focus is on solving business problems, not just implementing AI.

I work with service-based businesses, agencies, and growing SMEs that are experiencing operational complexity, manual workload, or scaling challenges. Typically, these are businesses that already have traction but need better systems to grow efficiently without increasing overhead.


How do you identify what to automate in a business?

I map out key workflows across departments such as sales, operations, marketing, and customer support. From there, I identify repetitive, time-consuming, or error-prone tasks. Not everything should be automated—so I prioritize areas where automation improves speed, accuracy, or decision-making without adding unnecessary complexity.
